Returns due to a Product Issue / Order Error
If there is a problem with your product or you believe your product is damaged, take photographs of the issue, stop unpacking it / don’t use it, and please contact us within seven (3) days of having received your items documenting the issue. We will then work with the product manufacturer to correct the situation. We will do our very best to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction.
Returns for other reasons
Returns or refunds are not possible for other reasons due to the nature of the item.
We understand that in rare cases of buyers remorse you may wish to cancel your order. We want you to be totally comfortable with your purchase and allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours order cancellations will be subject to a 50% restocking charge for orders which have not yet been submitted to production. Orders which have reached production cannot be canceled for any reason.
