How long will a sex doll last?

A good sex doll will last up to 10 years depending on usage and care. A sex doll that gets frequently used and moved will be more likely to suffer wear and tear. Is TPE material safe?

Yes ,the advanced TPE material used for our sex dolls is 100% safe and is food grade TPE. Additionally, the advanced M-TYPE TPE material twice as elastic and twice as durable as the TPE used for most sex dolls today.

What is the difference between the vagina with the removable insert and the built-in/fixed vagina?

The built-in or fixed vagina part of the doll is just like a real woman. The removable vagina is a sleeve or insert that you can remove. The tube is held in place by the doll’s labia.

Which is better? Most of our customers prefer the removable insert because it is easier to clean and you can replace it in the future if it becomes damaged or worn.

We recommend the removable insert option as well – much easier and quicker to clean and maintain.  From a realism perspective, from the outside, the vagina with removable insert has the same appearance as the built in vagina and it will feel the same as well.

Is it easy to maintain and clean the doll?

Cleaning a sex doll after use is a very important part of owning a sex doll.  Cleaning the doll after sex keeps her in good condition and protects you from harm which could result if mould grows into the vaginal crevice.

Most TPE dolls are made with a skin that constantly loses oil from the skin and therefore you have to re-saturate your doll’s skin with mineral oil on a regular basis. However, with the M-TYPE TPE used for our dolls, re-saturating the skin is almost never required because the M-TYPE looses virtually no oil.

Is an external device or app required to communicate?

No devices are or apps are needs – all functions are built into the doll. You will be able to freely communicate with your doll.

Will any software updates be available in the future?

Yes, future software updates will be uploaded to your doll via the wireless connection which connects to the Internet. All updates are applied over the Internet and all future software updates are free.

What kind of conversation can I have with my doll?

Your doll is capable of holding both non-sexual conversations and sexual conversations.She will talk dirty to you when you desire or she may tell you a joke. The more you converse with your doll, the smarter she will become.

Is the doll programmable for my preferences?

This generation of our AI doll is not programmable by the end customer. However, the doll is capable of learning and will become smarter the more you talk to her.  Future generations will likely have some programmable preferences available.

Can she move or walk?

She has moving body parts – her head/neck moves, her eyes/eyelids move and her lips move when she speaks. She cannot move her arms and legs nor can she walk.

Future versions are planned for additional movement.

What parts of the doll are robotic?

The dolls head, neck, eyes and mouth are robotic and are responsive to inputs.  Her mouth and lips move and sync to her speech,

Purchase and Payment Questions

What payment methods are available?

Currently, we have 3 payment methods available:

  1. Pay by Cheque or Bank Wire Transfer. We understand that you may not have the available room on your credit card for a large purchase, so we are glad to accept your personal cheque or you can send the funds by bank wire transfer.  Contact us for detailed instructions to expedite your order.
  2. Pay by Interac Money Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer. Interac or Western Union is a quick and convenient way you can pay online. Contact us for detailed instructions to expedite your order.
  3. Pay with your PayPal Account. On the checkout page click on the orange “PayPal Checkout” button near the bottom of the page. Login into your PayPal account to make the payment. When you pay with your PayPal account you receive PayPal’s Purchase Protection.
  4. Pay by credit card via PayPal. On the checkout page click on the orange “PayPal Checkout” button near the bottom of the page. Click on the button “Pay with a Credit or Visa Debit Card”  (see below).  You will not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through PayPal.

Are there any import duties (import taxes), customs or brokerage fees?

You will never have to pay separate import duties or customs fees for destinations in Europe and the USA. All prices include import duties, brokerage/customs clearance fees. What you pay at check out is what you will pay for your purchase. If your country is not the USA or Europe, there may be some additional charges at import – contact us for details.

How long will it take to receive my doll?

Once your order is placed we require 3 weeks for production plus shipping. You should expect to receive your doll within 4 weeks of placing your order.  Occasionally, due to high demand or if a doll does not pass our quality tests, we will need more than 3 weeks for production, we will let you know if this happens. Our dolls ship directly from the manufacturer and must clear customs in your country. We have an expedited customs clearance process, but delays in customs can occur.

Shipping Information

Free WorldWide Shipping!

We provide Free Worldwide Shipping.  Any import taxes or fees are included in the price. The price you see is the final price. No Surprise!

Please note:

  • Fraud prevention rules allow us to only ship to the verified billing address. The only exception is if you want the doll to be delivered to a FedEx for your pick-up. Please notify us in advance and add an alternative address as your shipping address when you check out.
  • Your customized sex doll which is created especially for you. Once in production, orders can not be canceled for any reason, and payment cannot be refunded.
  • Dolls are shipped directly from our factory in China to the USA and then to your location in a professional shipping case via UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
  • Customs Agents may open your dolls box for inspection during transport.
  • Shipping time is generally 7 days but will vary depending on location and customs clearance times.
  • On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
  • We will update your order with tracking numbers when your doll and accessories ship.
  • Your doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep discreetly in an unmarked shipping case. A signature is required for delivery.  Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your doll at the courier depot. Please notify us if this is your preference.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase. We will review every doll order manually to make sure that we aren’t missing any customization option, that the doll that you have built makes sense and to ensure that your AI sex doll will satisfy your needs. Please, always reply to confirm that everything is accurate and that you did not enter the wrong details.

After confirmation, we will start building or reaching out to the manufacturer to confirm that the product is available and your doll will start the manufacturing process. After confirmation of your order details, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.

If you want to change some details or customization options in your sex doll purchase please reply asap to the confirmation email and we will get back to you on whether it is possible to make any changes.

We will send you a picture and video of your doll before it ships to ensure it has been produced per order confirmation details. Once the photos are confirmed by the Buyer your order will ship.

Order Shipment:

As this is a custom product created just for you, once your order is sent to production, your order may not be canceled for any reason. 

Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.

Shipment is discreet and signature is required for delivery.

Shipping Partners

We use FedEx, DHL or UPS. As soon as your doll is ready for shipping, we’ll provide the tracking number so that you can estimate her arrival date and time.

Packaging

Your privacy is our priority.

We declare the product as a mannequin to protect your privacy. Your doll will be shipped in a professional quality shipping case (seen below) and very well protected against any possible damage during shipping. No one knows what’s in the box except you!

Can I have the doll held for pickup at the courier?

Yes you can. Many customers prefer that we have the courier hold your shipment for pickup.  To arrange that please include a note at checkout specifying you would like your doll held for pickup. We will send you a notification for the location where you will be picking up your doll. You wlll receive a tracking notification to let you know the doll has arrived and is ready to pickup.

Can I pay in my currency of choice?

The currency will be matched to the standard currency for the ship to country. We currently do transactions in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Euros. If your country currency is not supported your order will be in US Dollars.

Are local/state/federal taxes included in the price?

In most cases, there will be no localized taxes. Any applicable taxes will be shown separately at checkout.

After Sales Questions

What happens after I order?

After ordering and payment you will receive an order confirmation and credit card receipt. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your order. When your doll has been produced, we will send you a video of your doll for confirmation that options are as expected. Once you confirm everything looks as expected we will ship your order via air cargo direct to the shipping address provided.

What is your after sale warranty?

We offer 24/7 online support service, lifetime software upgrades and support, 1 year electromechanical manufacture’s warranty covering all non-human damage and repairs (we pay shipping), and 4-year paid service warranty after the first year.

What is your refund & exchange policy?

We perform a quality check on your doll before we ship to you. Your doll is shipped in a high-quality professional shipping case and not a cardboard box and therefore should arrive in perfect condition. It is unlikely your doll has any defect, however, in the event, you receive a defective product, we will provide all the necessary repair kits and/or assistance to help you fix the item. If the damage is severe, such as the head is broken, please let us know. We may arrange to ship a new item to you, depending on the situation. Photos of your doll are taken prior to shipping.

Note : Only severe damages reported in 24 hours after you receive the doll are eligible for exchanges. No item is eligible for a refund.

If you choose a custom sex doll which is made based on your chosen specifications. As soon as you place an order, we will begin the production and your order cannot be canceled for whatever reasons.

If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not eligible for any exchanges. You must have common sense and take care of the item to avoid any damage to the product.

Used sex dolls will not be accepted for exchange. If you return a used sex doll for whatever reasons, we will immediately destroy the item and you are not eligible to receive an exchange.
