What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is free with all products and includes import taxes/duties and customs clearance fees for USA and most Europen* countries.  For other countries there may be a small shipping charge and import taxes/duties and customs clearance fees. Contact us before placing your order to determine if any additional fees are applicable.*  European countries: UK, Germany, France, Poland, Czech, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Bulgaria, Estonia, Luxembourg, Sweden, Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Meli) Lia), Portugal (excluding the Portuguese Azores and Madeira), Northern Ireland, Finland, Greece

Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we have several payment methods available:

  1. Pay by credit card. PayPal processes our credit card payments because their security features and buyer protection are second to none.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card, all you need is a valid credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.On the checkout page click on the orange “PayPal Checkout” button near the bottom of the page. Click on the button “Pay with a Credit or Visa Debit Card”  (see below).  You will not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through PayPal.  We can also facilitate splitting your purchase across more than one credit card if you have an insufficient credit card limit on a single card.PayPal Credit Card
  2. Pay with your PayPal Account. On the checkout page click on the orange “PayPal Checkout” button near the bottom of the page. Login in to your PayPal account to make the payment. When you pay with your PayPal account you receive PayPal’s Purchase Protection.
  3. Pay by Cheque or Bank Wire Transfer. We understand that you may not have the available room on your credit card for a large purchase, so we are glad to accept your personal cheque or you can send the funds by bank wire transfer.  Contact us for detailed instructions to expedite your order.
  4. Pay by Interac Money Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer. Interac or Western Union is a quick and convenient way you can pay online. Contact us for detailed instructions to expedite your order.
  5. *NEW* Lay-A-Way Plan. Pay only 10% now and spread your balance over 3 months or 6 months. Your doll will be shipped as soon as the final payment has been made. This is a great option and locks in the price today. Please see more details and terms and conditions here.
  6. Financing.  Financing is currently not available. However, we can work you split your purchase across multiple payment options.  For example, you can use more than one credit card, split your purchase between Paypal and credit card, split between credit card and direct payment. Contact us to make these arrangements.
How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are typically 15-20 days but you should allow up to 20-30 days based on product and location. All orders are custom made and shipped directly from our manufacture. Delivery times will also depend on customs clearance processing time. We ship all orders by air express.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Shopping and payment processing is secure and your data is protected. We never receive your credit card information nor store your credit card info. We respect your privacy and will never share your data without your express consent.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering and payment you will receive an order confirmation and credit card receipt. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your order.  We will also send you a picture of your doll just before she ships so you can verify options chosen are correct.
